Main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and investigating security events
  • Review alerts generated by Analysts
  • Review customer reports to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Ensure SLAs relating to incident resolution are met, ensuring all phases of the response cycle are met
  • Help develop and mentor junior members of the team
  • Develop SIEM rules
  • Work with customers to configure IDS/IPS policies
  • Assist with on-boarding of new customers Identify suspicious and abnormal activities and take appropriate action
  • Review system vulnerabilities and recommend remedial action where appropriate

A highly rated and rapidly growing MSSP is looking to strengthen their capabilities within their SOC team. They are looking to hire 3 experienced and highly skilled individuals who are keen to take on a senior role and help the organisation improve its offering. The posts holds significant responsibility in the organisation where your input will be heard and valued.
