Incident Response Specialist

A global name within management consultancy is looking to hire an Incident Response Specialist for their growing practice in Central London. The role will be heavily client facing, responding to incidents whenever and wherever they happen. You’ll be joining a highly motivated and passionate team at a point where the Cyber Security business is expanding rapidly which gives rise to excellent promotional opportunities. 

Requirements

You will be an experienced Incident Response Specialist with a strong track record of dealing with a variety of breaches and incidents, ideally gained within a consulting environment. You will have a broad understanding across the Cyber and Information Security spectrum and enjoy keeping abreast of sector changes and new technologies. 

Proactively work with clients to conduct risk assessments, development robust controls and conduct awareness trainingmust be hold a relevant degree (i.e. IT, Computer Science related), have gained experience either from a SOC environment or other relevant consulting environment. You will have experience of working with forensic tools, knowledge of a scripting language and first class communication / interpersonal skills. 

There is no business development targets or requirements in this role. It is a hands on practitioner post.
