Chris has been in recruitment for the last 19 years, covering a diverse range of sectors, industries and skills. He spent a number of years placing senior executives in offshore jurisdictions and remote locations, ranging from Cayman Islands to the Falklands. Most recently he has run an Information Management consultancy providing support to Government departments and large corporates for their Information and Knowledge departments. Chris gained his experience with Information Security through implementing ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Associate Director
A seasoned professional with over 19 years’ experience, 14 within the technology sector. Over the last decade Chadi has built an unrivalled network within Infosec / Cyber Security markets and is a regular commentator on the industry being quoted in publications such as Financial Times and SC Magazine. He is a passionate supporter of the Infosec / Cyber space and develops long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Chadi has extensive experience of working with companies looking to create a security function from a greenfield site.
Co-founder and Chairman
Adrian is a recruitment professional with 20 years’ experience in driving, leading and owning recruitment firms.
Having cut his teeth in established brands and global PLCs, Adrian launched Global Accounting Network in 2011, building it into a multi-million turnover, international business. More recently he has helped launch and grow new firms such as GxPeople, Hoxton Circle and Newcomen Partners.
Adrian’s role as Chairman of Gladman Group will be to work with the board on strategy, tactics and to help drive the business forward.
Co-founder and Director
Twysden has been a board advisor and founder of many businesses over the last 25 years. Having started his life in the leisure & entertainment sector, he went onto to be involved in the property, security, luxury goods and recruitment. He has also advised charities in the UK and abroad.
Twysden is the co-founder and Managing Partner at Rose Partners, a security risk consultancy firm. He also is a co-founder and sits on the boards of Daedalus, an enterprise secure communications platform, Global Accounting Network, a global career and talent solutions company focused on the finance sector, Special Operations Agency, an experiential adventure business, and of course Gladman Group.
Advisory Board Member
Sean Crawford is an experienced Security Director, with extensive experience in the provision of international security management and executive protection engagements. He has developed international and domestic opportunities for security services within Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. He has worked very closely with government departments and agencies – primarily the Foreign Office and DIFD – in the overseas operations and policy arena, including the re-establishment of Embassy staff and infrastructure design in Libya and Somalia. Sean is also the Managing Partner of Rose Partners.
Advisory Board Member
Dominick qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1972 and spent most of the next 17 years working for BP where his last post was CEO of BP Turkey. He then spent two years as Corporate Finance Manager for a major UK conglomerate before helping establish and run a marina in the West Indies. Since his return to the UK, he has operated on a freelance basis providing interim and part-time financial management and investigative services as well as advice on corporate finance and commercial strategy. Before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant Dominick read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford and attended the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School while working for BP.

Nick served 20 years with the British Army, commissioning into the Royal Green Jackets and taking early retirement in 2012, having reached the rank of Colonel. This encompassed operational tours in Northern Ireland, the Balkans, Africa, Iraq and Afghanistan as well as liaison, training and advisory tasks in various other countries, several in the Middle East. He has held key leadership appointments including command of a Special Forces squadron and an infantry battalion. He led a 1400-strong Battle Group in Afghanistan, during a most intense period of British counter-insurgency operations there, for which he was awarded the DSO. He has held several staff appointments in Whitehall, mainly in the field of operational policy and planning but also with responsibility for Army structures and broader institutional policy. He has worked closely with other government departments and agencies – primarily the Foreign Office, Home Office and DFiD – in the defence and overseas operations and policy arena, including a secondment to the National Security Council Secretariat in the Cabinet Office during the Libyan Revolution.

John joined 22 SAS Regiment from the Scots Guards in 1974. He subsequently enjoyed a full UK Special Forces career including; serving as the Special Operations Liaison Officer at the British Embassy in Washington DC, running the Special Forces Policy Desk in the UK Ministry of Defence, commanding 22 SAS from 1989 to 92 (a period which included Gulf War 1), commanding the UK Airborne Brigade from 1993 to 1996 and subsequently serving as Director of UK Special Forces, during which time he commanded Operation Barras in Sierra Leone in 2000. He opted for early retirement in 2002 and completed Project Unicorn, a counter-terrorist study for the Metropolitan Police and in 2003 he joined the Board of Erinys International. Subsequent to Gulf War 2 he was instrumental in creating a 15,000 man Oil Protection Force with its own air wing for the Coalition Provisional Authority. He resigned from Erinys in 2008 to concentrate on other projects. John also serves as Chairman of Quintel Intelligence.
